Frequently asked questions
What counts as an API call?
Each call to vault.request() that proxies a request to a third-party API counts as one API call. SDK management calls (creating sessions, listing grants) do not count toward your quota.
What happens when I hit my API call limit?
On the Free plan, additional API calls are blocked at the 10K limit. On Starter and Growth plans, you can exceed the included limit and overage charges of $0.50 per 1K additional calls apply automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the new plan starts at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
